Our website is owned and operated by Anusaa Creations with its office located at Hirawadi, Nashik, Maharashtra 422003. Our website provides an online shopping platform through which users/buyers/customers (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”) will have the opportunity to buy products listed on our website (collectively, the “Services”).
You agree to be bound by the terms of this Shipping, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
We use reliable, professional delivery/logistic partners to ensure fast and safe delivery. Thus, it takes 5-12 business days for the order to be delivered depending upon the serviceable PIN codes. We intend to offer you nothing but the best, but due to unanticipated situations such as strikes, weather, a location’s remoteness, and stocking, to mention but a few, slight delays should be expected. Our professional team will communicate any hitches, and you can also track your package using a unique link emailed or SMS’ed to you after placing your order. In less than two weeks, our orders are confirmed, dispatched, and delivered by our proficient agents to your specified address.
- SHIPPING COSTS
All orders above INR 499 are delivered free of cost in India only. We levy a nominal fee of INR 99 for orders below INR 500 for India only. As of now we don’t accept international orders.
- CANCELLATION:
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the order then it will have to do either before the dispatch of the product or before we make it. If the Buyer fails to do so then the order will not be cancelled. The buyer needs to specify about cancellation before the stipulated deadlines.
- REFUNDS
- If the Buyer cancels the order after the product is dispatched then neither shall the order be cancelled nor shall the pre-paid amounts be refunded.
II. In the event of cancellation before the dispatch of the placed order, the refund would be made to the original source of payment. The refund would take a minimum of 7 days to be completed.
- RETURNS
We take time to describe our products thoroughly to ensure they meet diverse customer needs. Our specifications are not constricted to certain sizes and weights. This gives clients sufficient room to go through the detailed products during purchases. Our products are designed for everyone. Due to our outstanding quality and deliberate approaches to meet specific customer needs, we made a conscious decision not to accept returns. Anusaa Creations is not only confident in the products it delivers to customers but equally contextualizes the impacts of returns on its suppliers and a reflection of the same on the overall product process. We are a marginal organization focused on uplifting rural communities, and it makes a minimal economic impact on the target populations.
